On August 14th 2019, the Faculty of Electrical Engineering (FEE) warmly welcomed Dr. Ly Mai – representative of School of Photovoltaic and Renewable Energy Engineering – University of New South Wales (SPREE - UNSW Australia) for cooperation visit.
On behalf of FEE, Assoc. Prof. Le Tien Dung – Dean of FEE, was willing to cooperate with SPREE in following fields:
- Cooperation in educating human resources in renewables.
- Staff and student exchanges between two parties in short courses.
- Scientific research on photovoltaic panels.
The 2019 DUT symposium of student scientific research and BKDN Techshow was organized on 31st May 2019. The symposium has attracted 74 demo products and 102 posters from students within the university. In this event, there were 12 posters and 6 technological demo products from FEE students.
The FEE students have won the Third prize of student scientific research and the Third prize of BKDN promising technological products. Congratulations!
On 9 & 10 March 2019, the Faculty of Electrical Engineering organized a study-tour in Hue province for students ( classes of 15DCLC and 16DCLC) of the Electrical Engineering major in the high quality program.
On 12 & 13/01/2019, the Faculty of Electrical Engineering (FEE) held the 2nd season volleyball tournament for students of high quality program (CLC) at the building D- The University of Danang – University of Science and Technology. This volleyball tournament has 11 teams (from the CLC classes from 15-18 in FEE) participated and divided into 4 groups. The top 3 teams and 1 second- teams of groups are allowed to compete in the quarterfinals and finals. As a result, the 16TDHCLC class defended their championship, 17DCLC class was promoted to 1 level to win the second prize, and the third prize this year belonged to the youngest students 18DCLC2. In addition, 17DCLC class has a strong support force from The University of Danang - University of Education and encourages very enthusiastically so 17DCLC class is honour to receive the most enthusiastic Participation Class Award.
